Hi Kuldip,
Thank you for starting a wonderful topic. It is very clear that many good companies are now adopting Drupal in a big way.
But still they do not want to share their code/knowledge with others.
Best way to spread any Open Source work is to organise events, camps, and hold free seminars. And most importantly one-to-one interaction with students/freshers will be very helpful.
Along with this - companies that provide open source support should participate actively.
These are my thoughts.

Many company are adopting it but still many companies/developers are working in Open Source like PHP still not knows what is drupal, or they are not trying to use drupal.
We have to push them to use drupal.
